Discovery 5 was able to join in the jumping fun today. They had a great time at Sky Zone this afternoon.
Architecture finished up their week of trips to Buffalo architectural gems with a docent led trip to the Richardson Complex. We are thankful to EFS employee Laura Forster for this wonderful opportunity.
Our Wilderness campers returned from Letchworth State Park this afternoon. They had a wonderful experience and made many memories that will last a lifetime!
We are all looking forward to tomorrow's OnStage! production of Annie, Jr. at 2:30. It's a show not to be missed.
Architecture took a great trip downtown this morning. They visited City Hall and were able to see far on this beautiful day. They also visited the Guarantee building. What a great city we live in to see such amazing architecture.
Olympic Sports spent time today exploring the game of rugby. This afternoon they played golf.
Discovery campers practiced their Spanish color words when they worked on pictures of the Olympic rings.
Young Authors had a fantastic field trip to the WNY Book Arts Center. There they learned about a printing press and made their own books.
Camper were jumping for joy today!! Discovery 6 & 7 spent the afternoon jumping at Sky Zone! We all had a blast and jumped all of our energy out.
Think Tank had a fabulous trip to the Apple Store today. Campers learned how to use garage band to write jingles for the businesses that they have created. They also learned how to effectively craft parts of a business plan on an iPad.
Campers are busily getting ready for the Olympics. Discovery 3 & 4 made foam fingers that they can use while they are cheering. Olympic Sports Campers played swam, played soccer and had noodle wars.
It's hard to believe that today is the beginning of the last week of camp. New camps started this morning. Architecture camp began with a trip to the Darwin Martin House. What a great experience for our campers.
Before Wilderness camp leaves tomorrow for Letchworth State Park, they went fishing this afternoon at Hoyt Lake. Tomorrow morning they will leave for two nights of camping.
OnStage! took a break from rehearsals for Annie Jr. and went down to Canalside for the Future Sounds of Buffalo Youth Concert Series. They saw the wonderful African- American Cultural Center presentation.
