Field Trips
Discovery (3.5-4, 5, 6, 7) During weekly field trips, the campers visit a variety of locations in Western New York and develop a sense of exploration and fun. From feeding the seals at the Niagara Aquarium, making Kazoos at the world famous factory in Eden, to getting to sit in a pilot’s seat in a U.S. Air Force plane, everyone’s tastes are accounted for! Explorers (8-12) Each week, Explorer campers go on fun and unique field trips that relate specifically to their section. In the past, campers have investigated electricity and made their hair stand on end at the Power Vista, fed the giraffes and sea lions at the Buffalo Zoo, and attended a Bisons game downtown. OnStage! (8-14) OnStage! campers participate in on-site Master Classes each afternoon. Campers do not travel off campus for field trips, as the time required to put on their full production does not allow for it. |
