The Counselors

Experienced, dedicated, passionate, and caring counselors are what you will find at Elmwood Franklin Summer Camp! Our staff come back year after year and develop a strong rapport with the campers and each other. The head counselors are certified teachers with a high level of experience and expertise. Each is thrilled to be part of such an outstanding camp program. Counselors are there to empower, motivate and encourage campers to be their best selves!

Our counselors are also trained in First Aid, CPR and AED (which are on site) to ensure the safety and care of each camper.​

​Elmwood Franklin School is looking for Summer Camp Counselors and Certified Lifeguards to join our team this summer. Camp runs June 22–August 7 (9:00 AM–4:00 PM) and is a great opportunity for college students, teachers, and anyone who enjoys working with kids and spending their days outdoors.
We are especially looking for certified lifeguards, and applicants with WSI (Water Safety Instructor) certification are highly encouraged to apply. These roles are essential to helping us provide a safe and fun aquatics experience for our campers.
